We only accept exchanges for:
- Damaged goods: tell us within 48 hours of receiving your package and we will exchange it for the same product, if it is available.
- Wrong size sent: if we sent a different size from the one you ordered, contact us within 7 days of receiving it and we will arrange an exchange.
If you ordered a size and received that size, we cannot accept returns or exchanges if it does not fit. For hygiene reasons, earrings, hats and other personal accessories cannot be exchanged or returned unless defective.
